The two “social lights” GRID 8 and GRID 16 interact with GRID 64, which is placed in the foyer of the museum. Movements of pedestrians in front of the museum are captured by a video camera. The gathered data is then reinterpreted into a lighting choreography. Additionally, GRID 8 and GRID 16 react to acoustic triggers in the exhibition room. The lighting panels, each featuring two OLEDs and a flokk controller, can be positioned flexibly along the vertical wires.
